DCM Group is proud to announce that it has renewed its ISO certification by meeting the more stringent requirements of ISO 9001:2015! In order to be awarded ISO certification – proving that DCM meets the requirements of this internationally recognized standard – DCM Group underwent an evaluation process that included an audit of its quality management system, a review of its documentation management system, and an assessment aimed at identifying opportunities for improvement and corrective actions required under the 2015 version of the ISO 9001 standard.

Thanks to the commitment and involvement of all members of the DCM family, the audit was completed successfully. The NQA auditor pointed out how impressed he was with the energy of the people he met and their understanding of the fundamentals of the updated version of ISO which primarily focuses on risk management.
