25-05-22 – Mr. Serge Tousignant, Chairman of the Board of DCM Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jean-François Lemay as President and Chief Executive Officer of DAWCO. This appointment is effective as of today.

Mr. Lemay joined DAWCO in 2019 as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Lemay is a seasoned engineer with more than 30 years of management experience, including more than 25 in the construction industry. A graduate engineer from the Royal Military College of Canada, Mr. Lemay also holds a graduate degree in project management from the Université de Sherbrooke. During his career, he has held several key positions in project management, operations management and business management. Since joining DAWCO, he has led the team to excellent results in terms of growth and profitability. Under his leadership, DAWCO restructured itself, reviewed its target markets to orient the organization in line with the strategic plan that the team adopted to face the new realities of the market. With this vision DAWCO will be in good hands for the future.

Mr. Tousignant will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of DCM Group. Mr. Neil Macrae, Former President, remains involved with DCM Group as Special Advisor to the Presidents and member of the Board of Directors.
