Our commitment to quality and sustainability is reflected in our involvement in initiatives including advanced biofuel, high value-added chemicals and renewable energy sources.    ## Significant achievements :  - In recent years, DAWCO has played a crucial role in the completion of numerous petrochemical plant construction and maintenance projects. These projects have included the implementation of clean technologies, the development of sorted municipal solid waste (MSW) processing plants, as well as the construction of advanced biofuel facilities, including biomethanol and ethanol.  - **Canaport LNG in Saint John, New Brunswick**: DAWCO was involved in the construction of the liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant. The mandate consisted of the installation of over 28,000 feet of stainless steel piping, of which a significant amount of welding had to be carried out using cryogenically classified procedures. DAWCO also completed the electrical work for the addition of two BOG compressors, which are evaporative gas recovery systems. LNG is considered a clean energy resource thanks to its low CO2 content.  - **Lachenaie gas compressor station**: DAWCO was involved in the original construction of this station, including mechanical, piping and electrical aspects, from the design to the prefabrication and installation of prefabricated substations (E-House), as well as mechanical and process piping installation. A few years later, TCE proceeded to expand the plant’s capacity, and DAWCO contributed by carrying out the electrical, mechanical and piping work involved in adding two compressors to the plant.  ## Technical expertise :  Our skills cover a wide range of expertise, from process mechanics to piping, electricity, instrumentation and control. We have also completed various instrumentation and start-up projects for thermal power plants, design, prefabrication, construction and commissioning projects for waste treatment facilities, and much more.  At DAWCO, we’re proud of our expertise in petrochemical, oil and gas construction and maintenance, and we’re committed to staying ahead of the curve to meet the growing needs of this dynamic and evolving industry.  #### **Discover our projects in this field**   ![](https://www.dawco.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/BEST_0a.jpg?width=273&height=161&name=BEST_0a.jpg) Organic Waste Biomethanization Centre ![Tag icon](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/tag.svg) Petrochemicals, Oil and Gas ![Location pin icon](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/location.svg) Montreal East, (Quebec, Canada) [Discover the projet](https://www.dawco.ca/en/projects/organic-waste-biomethanization-centre) ![Infrastructure](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/blog_type/Infrastructures.jpg) ![](https://www.dawco.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Aecon-TCE_station%20pompage%20Lachenaie%201.jpg?width=273&height=161&name=Aecon-TCE_station%20pompage%20Lachenaie%201.jpg) Lachenaie Pumping Station ![Tag icon](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/tag.svg) Petrochemicals, Oil and Gas ![Location pin icon](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/location.svg) Lachenaie, (Quebec Canada) [Discover the projet](https://www.dawco.ca/en/projects/lachenaie-pumping-station) ![](https://www.dawco.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/miffc-thumbnail-1.jpg?width=273&height=161&name=miffc-thumbnail-1.jpg) Montreal International Fuel Facilities Corporation (MIFFC) – North Terminal Expansion ![Tag icon](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/tag.svg) Petrochemicals, Oil and Gas ![Location pin icon](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/location.svg) Montreal, (Quebec, Canada) [Discover the projet](https://www.dawco.ca/en/projects/montreal-international-fuel-facilities-corporation-miffc-north-terminal-expansion) ![](https://www.dawco.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/1-2-1.png?width=273&height=161&name=1-2-1.png) Linde / Gaz Métro - Module assembly ![Tag icon](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/tag.svg) Petrochemicals, Oil and Gas ![Location pin icon](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/location.svg) Montreal (Quebec, Canada) [Discover the projet](https://www.dawco.ca/en/projects/linde-gaz-metro-module-assembly) ## Contact us ### Personal Information ### Publications [En savoir davantage](https://dawco-8334004.hs-sites.com/publications) [![Dawco white logo](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/dawco_logo-1.svg)](https://www.dawco.ca/) Certificates ![Parmi les 300 plus importantes PME du Québec | Les affaires](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/p3_footer_logo_3.svg) ![Programme dintegrité](https://www.dawco.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Programme%20dintegrit%C3%A9.jpg?width=200&height=200&name=Programme%20dintegrit%C3%A9.jpg) ![Mixité 2022](https://www.dawco.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Mixit%C3%A9%202022.jpg?width=475&height=475&name=Mixit%C3%A9%202022.jpg) ![program Ici on recycle](https://www.dawco.ca/hs-fs/hubfs/Ici%20on%20recycle-1.jpg?width=250&height=83&name=Ici%20on%20recycle-1.jpg) Quick links - [Range of expertise](https://www.dawco.ca/en/range-of-expertise) - [Field of activity](https://www.dawco.ca/en/fields-of-activity) - [Projects](https://www.dawco.ca/en/projects) - [News and publications](https://www.dawco.ca/en/news) Follow us [![Logo Facebook](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/mdi_facebook.svg)](https://www.facebook.com/dawco.construction/) [![Logo Instagram](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/mdi_instagram.svg)](https://www.instagram.com/dawco.construction/) [![Logo TikTok](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/tiktok-svgrepo-com.svg)](https://www.tiktok.com/@dawco.construction) [![Logo LinkedIn](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/mdi_linkdein.svg)](https://www.linkedin.com/company/dawco-construction/) [![Logo Youtube](https://www.dawco.ca/hubfs/mdi_youtube.svg)](https://www.youtube.com/@dawco.construction) Get to know DAWCO - [Our mission](https://www.dawco.ca/en/get-to-know-dawco) - [Our values](https://www.dawco.ca/en/get-to-know-dawco#ourvalues) - [Our history](https://www.dawco.ca/en/get-to-know-dawco#ourhistory) - [Our leaders](https://www.dawco.ca/en/get-to-know-dawco/our-leaders) - [Health and Safety](https://www.dawco.ca/en/get-to-know-dawco/health-and-safety) - [Quality](https://www.dawco.ca/en/get-to-know-dawco/quality) - [ESG](https://www.dawco.ca/en/get-to-know-dawco/esg) - [Corporate Policies](https://www.dawco.ca/en/corporate-policies) Life at DAWCO Immerse yourself in our culture and join the DAWCO family!
