DAWCO has been awarded a major project with the Metropolitan Express Network (REM) for the electrical construction of several REM stations.
DAWCO's mandate was to:
- Design, planning and installation of the sub-slab conduits;
- Supply and installation of 600V electrical distribution equipment;
- Installation of the building's electrical distribution (less than 600V);
- Installation of lighting and lighting control systems;
- Installation of building heating systems;
- Installation of the access control system;
- Installation of a fire alarm system;
- Installation of cable shelving systems;
- Installation of heating cable systems.

Plan Group of Ontario commissioned DAWCO to perform electrical work for assembly buildings and administrative offices. The manufacturing plant has two main buildings linked together. The first building is 200 feet wide by 1,000 feet long and 80 feet high, while the second building is 200 feet wide by 350 feet long and 150 feet high.
