Agence Métropolitaine de Transport – Traction rectifiers for the Montreal subway system
DAWCO’s mandate included the complete integration, supply, installation and wiring of auto grounding switches, a traction power 25kV substation, and automatic control systems.
Work was performed from the 25kV substation to the 750VDC system, including transformers, rectifiers, DC switchgear and PLC system. Scope extensions included the PA system as well as various additional electrical works.

Plan Group of Ontario commissioned DAWCO to perform electrical work for assembly buildings and administrative offices. The manufacturing plant has two main buildings linked together. The first building is 200 feet wide by 1,000 feet long and 80 feet high, while the second building is 200 feet wide by 350 feet long and 150 feet high.
