Hydro-Québec – Beauharnois Generating Station
DAWCO was mandated to complete mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and civil work for a major plant-wide overhaul of this 1929 power plant on the St-Lawrence river, equipped with 38 generating units stretched over a kilometre long building. Precisely, the mandate involved the fabrication and installation of 65 000 feet of process and service piping, of multiple equipments and related electrical components.
